After a long campaign the voters in district 43A have spoken and we came up a little short in our effort. I would like to congratulate Peter Fischer on his hard-fought victory.

I would also like to thank all of my supporters who have worked so hard on this campaign and especially my campaign team who spent countless hours making calls, dropping literature and knocking on doors across the district.

Finally, I want to thank my family for the sacrifices you have made these past several months, your love and support helped carry me through this election.
